Is 1200 daily calories too much?
In my 50's, relatively light activity for many years and am now diligently tracking food intake for past 3 weeks. Plus have added in 3-5 days/week of cardio (approx. 35 min.) and 3 days/week of strength-training. Sometimes I eat my exercise calories and sometimes I don't. Exercise adds to Calorie Intake?
Why does it add those back to your intake for the day? It seems if you stick to the normal calorie intake that it gives you, then you would lose the weight faster! Plz explain!

One week ago, and loving it! I find the food and exercise diaries so much easier and more fun to keep up with than others I've tried. I'm 50+ in years and really want to "re-work" my lifestyle and fitness so I can be around for children's weddings and grandchildren someday! I'd love to be able to get off of my blood…
