Fitbit adjustment - overstated
I have setup my Fitbit to sync with MFP. I only log food in MFP and use the Fitbit ChargeHR to record my exercise etc. The sync is working ok but each day I have a massive adjustment to calories from Fitbit e.g. Yesterday fitbit recorded 6285 steps and calories of 3201, this translated as a Fitbit adjustment in MFP of 1207…

Gym - Strength training
My Gym exercise routine consists of 60-70 mins of cardio. Split over 3 pieces of equipment from Cross trainer, rower, stepper, treadmill and octane style cross trainer. I need to add or replace with some strength/weights Can anyone offer suggestions. I have booked a gym review but would appreciate any views.
