hit a plateau...any advice?
I managed to lose 21 pounds since January 1st through a lot of hard work and only have about 10 more pounds to lose, but I'm stuck. I eat 1200 calories per day and burn about 300-400 at the gym 5 days per week. I usually don't eat back the calories I burn, but sometimes I do. Should I be eating more? I don't know what I…
