Insanity calories to net or just to eat
I have 2 questions. 1) I did the calculations in the Insanity nutrition guide. I am 16, 5"4, and 133 lbs. I got 1,459 as my BMR. Then I multiplied it by 1.7 (very active) and I got 2,480 calories to maintain my weight. BUT I want to lose weight so I subtracted 500 and I got 1980. Is this number what I should NET? or JUST…

Insanity results
Has anyone on here started Insanity when they were relatively already in shape? They only had to lose about 10 lbs? If so please share with me because I want to start it tomorrow! However I don't know if it wil get me to where I want to be in 2 months.

Extra exercise on top of Insanity?
Hi I'm starting Insanity on Monday but I have been interval running in the mornings for the past week and I don't want to lose that! Is it safe to run in the morning and do Insanity in the afternoon? the runs range from 15-25 min so not that long. I just don't want to overtrain...advice? P.S. I am not an athlete training…

I've lost 9 pounds, but my stomach is the same?
The scale says I have lost 9 pounds. (For a month I have eaten 1200 calories a day and done some type of cardio everyday.) However, my stomach actually seems bigger to me than when I started.
