Pork Cutlet (cube steak)
I'm having pork cutlets tonight - hardly ever eat those things! I know that the nutrition label says 4 oz. is only 160 cals, but I'm pretty sure that's raw, and I'm trying really hard to get the closest calorie count I can, so how do you count pork cutlet, baked, by the ounce?
