I need to start being better about eating breakfast but the problem is I don't like most Breakfast food. But I am willing to try some as long as it is not oatmeal or cereal. So I need some ideals for breakfast please that are fast, easy, healthy and quick.
I stared Slim-n-6 on Monday and I am wondering if any one else is doing the same workout program and if you have just stared it. I have done this workout once before and it dose work very well just looking for some online support.
