Hi, I am just starting out on my weight loss journey but I was wondering what are the best exercises that involve not going to the gym. I have about 20kgs to loose buy due to being a full time mum to my 2 girls and a full to!e carer for my grandma I can't actually get to the gym like I would have before kids and granny

Hey, I was just looking at my food diary and I always seem to go over the protien allowance even though I'm on or under on calories, carbs, and fat? Is it bad that I'm over this? Thanks!

I keep putting all my food into MFP and only getting 800-900 calories a day, Is this ok or is it going to mean weight gain in the end ??
