I have been stuck at the same weight for the last month and a half...185-187 ..... I need someone to look at my diary and tell me what i am doing wrong. My only conclusion is I am not eatting enough in the mornings...my lunch is ok, sometimes a lean cuisine or smart ones sometimes a salad. Dinner is usually a healthy one…

Knee pain
OK...June 6th I started the Biggest Loser Cardio Max and Sculpting DVD's...right away I noticed alot of knee pain in both knees. I watched very carefully when doing lunges as to not extend past my toe but it does not help, today after working out extra hard I noticed I have gone back to not being able to walk up or down…

Just a note....my counter says only 1 lb lost but I have lost 13 lbs so far anyway to reflect that?

I just joined! I have been dieting and exercising since June 6th and have lost 13 lbs. I am currently doing the Biggest Loser Cardio Max and Sculpting DVD's and on Aug. 16 I start P90X!:smile:
