Recenly heard about these compression bands with copper threading, supposed to ease pain and joint discomfort. I was thinking about getting the Knee sleeve for my workouts. Has anyone tried? does it really work?
Hi' MFP's. Today I've added 4 lb (two 2-lb hand weights) to my walking, but don't see it in the exercise database. Nor do I see "weights" in database. Any ideas how I enter this in my exercise diary? Pls help. Thank you.
It's been a busy morning, so I've had to move my daily 10am walk to lunchtime. Is it better to eat a light, protein lunch before or after walk? Any advice? Thx :smile:
