What do you do....
when you have a lot of calories left at the end of the day? I can eat crap food to fill up the 600-700 calories that I have left (been super busy and am not hungry) but I do not want to eat junk just for the calories. I have a history of problems with binge eating, especially junk food, so I am trying to stay away from it…
