when you have a lot of calories left at the end of the day? I can eat crap food to fill up the 600-700 calories that I have left (been super busy and am not hungry) but I do not want to eat junk just for the calories. I have a history of problems with binge eating, especially junk food, so I am trying to stay away from it unless I am craving it. With that being said, anybody have any go to healthy but higher calorie go to foods?? As always feel free to add me as well if you want :)Thanks!

Are you meeting your quotas of fibre, calcium, vitamins, etc.? If yes, there's no need to eat anything more. If no, than you might want to see if there's anything that you are low on for that day, and pick a snack to help correct this.

3tbsp peanut butter and an apple wil get you to about 400... or a peanut butter sandwich would be up there too.
  • I just made a peanut butter sandwich to fill it up, :) For some reason I forget about peanut butter when having more calories than usual left over!!! Thanks guys!!
