Does anyone have a calories burned chart for robotic exercise. I've been doing it for 15 months with great results. I have been using the mild stretching as my guide. Thanks!
:happy: I have used journals to track my habits/progress for years and am loving the myfitnesspal app and online connection. No surprises when you make the bad choice and it is great to see how easy it is to catch up to your goal. I am also looking forward to trying out some of the new recipe's I found. Great FREE site!
