I just signed up for a 5K in my neighborhood on Sept. 8. I'll be finished the 9 week training by then so I should be good to go. I also have a 10K penciled in on my calendar on Nov. 4. Anyone else have a 5K date circled on their calendar?
Hi all! I'm following the wheat belly/paleo eating plan which is high (healthy) fat and low carb. I LOVE eating this way. I feel great!
