3 banana's 1 cup oats any nutts Mush the banana's. mix in oatmeal and nuts. Then place on cookie sheet for 10 to 15 mins at 400 deg. No butter! No flour! Its all healthy to!!! I like to add cranberries to mine. Let me know if you all like them! and add me as a friend too!
