I'm doing P90X. As I log in the exercise, there aren't any results. I know many of you are doing P90X. How do you log the workout? I'd like to credit myself for the calorie burn in addition to the weight. Anyone who wants to tell me how they log their P90X workouts, I'd appreciate it. Thanks, Tim
I'm starting to use myfitnesspal as a tool to maximize my benefit of P90X. I've been doing it for a year and I've lost about 40 pounds. I've kinda plateaued but need to lose another 20 - 30 pounds.
