I have steadily been losing 2-3 pounds per week for the past 4 weeks, as the first week i lost 6 pounds. I am constantly worried about my weight though. I do 50 mins 5 times a week, and am thinking of doing 90 mins 3 times a week, and 30 mins in the days between. Should i change to this or stick to what i have been doing?…
Hey im Gabe, new to the site. i gained 48 pounds last year, in 1 year only! Im down 16 pounds and have 31 more to go so that i may enlist in the Navy. This is the longest i've ever stuck with a diet/exercise plan and i hope to continue until im at my goal weight.
