  • Thanks. Yeah, in Recruit Training (basic) they do 1 hour 6 times a week alternating between cardio and strength training, but thats all they say

  • Hey im Gabe, new to the site. i gained 48 pounds last year, in 1 year only! Im down 16 pounds and have 31 more to go so that i may enlist in the Navy. This is the longest i've ever stuck with a diet/exercise plan and i hope to continue until im at my goal weight.
