Golden Linseed crushed or not?
Hi I know this might sound like a silly question to some but I was hoping someone could tell me anyway. I bought Neals Yard Wholefoods - Golden Linseed from Holland and Barrett but it doesnt say if its crushed or not and from what I understand to benefit from Linseed it should be eaten crushed.
