Burning all the calories I eat
Hi, I am 5 8 and weigh approx. 157 lbs. I just started working out hard a few days ago, and what I've been doing is going to the gym at night to burn as many calories as I have ate that day. I am trying to lose minimum of 30 lbs in 9 or 10 weeks. Anyone know if this is possible? Or unhealthy?
