I'm heading to Busch Gardens in Williamsburg for the weekend. I know they have sides of fruit, but that isn't going to satisfy me for the day. I'm afraid I'm totally going to blow my daily calories on a funnel cake or fries!! I am bringing a few Luna Bars with me, but I need substantial food. Any ideas??
MFP says I should be eating 1210 to lose 1lb a week. I have been eating between 900-1050. If I hit 1100 I feel like I am going to gain weight and if I eat 1200 I feel like I feel off the wagon.
