Lower sodium salad dressings
I went to the doctor yesterday and my blood pressure was high. I need to lower my sodium overall and looking over my food diary one of the larger parts of sodium is salad dressings. anyone have good recommendations for lower sodium salad dressings. I may go down the route of making my own but like to have some in the house…
