Great Walk Challenge Ticker
Hi everyone! I am so glad that I found this group! I love Leslie Sansone! Wishing all of you success on your journey towards better health. I'm going to be using a ticker from tickerfactory.com to help track my walking for the challenge. I hope that it will be ok. ☺

Hi everyone! I know that it is late in the month, but I think that I am going to begin posting my workouts here. I usually do Leslie Sansone's 1 mile walks with either the stretchy band or booster cables. I also ride my stationary bike for exercise. 3/15 1 mile super walk with booster cables Deb

My exercise goal for December!
My personal exercise goal for December is to exercise at least 3 days a week for 30 minutes each of those days. I hope that I can also reach my goal of doing 60 miles of exercise during the month of December. I won't post every single day, but I will check in and log my progress at least once a week.
