I am the girl scout leader for my 6 year old's troop. We are learning about different countries and tasting their food. I need simple recipes from Switzerland, England, and India. If anyone can help I would be very grateful.:love:

I beat the plateau!
Shortly after starting MFP I hit a plateau and no matter what I did I could not get under 200. I got frustrated then angry and gained back five pounds. Today I stepped on the scale and was 198! I know I will most likely hit another before I am done, but I won't get upset and will keep doing what I should.:bigsmile:

Help with tickers
I have seen members that have two tickers one for weight loss and one for miles ran, etc. How do you get the second ticker. I want to one for exercising to help motivate me.
