Alright, so 'back fat', blech
I've lost 44 lbs so far but I actually think it's gotten worse. Anyone have any ideas of how to get rid of these disgusting lumps?

How long does it take?
Just wondering how long it has taken for you to see a difference? In the mirror? In your clothing? I'm down 26 lbs in 3 months and cannot visibly see a difference. I know that I should be using measurements, but I'm wondering about seeing it, or feeling it in clothes.

Recipes with tofu?
Does anyone have any good recipes with tofu? I'm a vegetarian so I'd like to try cooking with tofu for the protein. Thanks!

Sugar and substitutes
What do you think is best? Using regular sugar, or honey, or one of the artificial sweetners (Splenda/Truvia/Sweet n low)? I'm trying to limit how much sugar (in any form) that I have anyway, but was wondering what's best for trying to lose weight.
