I started my first day of training yesterday and let me tell you my legs and feet were on fire! What did I get myself into?! I know it was just the first day but geez! Is there anyone out there that has done this or is about to embark on their own maiden journey to doing a 5K? HELP! I need encouragement!
It seems that no matter what I do whether it is cardio or weights- and I don't do a lot of weights for my thighs- I can't seem to get them down! Any suggestion?
