I don't take a spin class so I wouldn't know what it feels like; however, an instructor should never make you go past a point to where your body won't allow. They should continue to push you to keep moving and striving to get to that point but not at the expense of your physical well-being. Keep doing what you're doing…

I am currently going through this! I was doing so well! I lost 20 pounds, but recently have had an overwhelming need for sugar, and have been going to town on it! I have gained four pounds! I need to get back on track! :frown:

I'm curvy but not the curvy that is "represented" here. The girl that is "fat" is actually curvy and I think she is beautiful; and the "chubby" girl...are you kidding me? Maybe not as toned but definately not chubby. I would have been ok with the "fat" girl being chubby. Oh, the perceptions....

I did it! I completed my first 5K today! It was a daunting race since I'm not a runner. I am proud of my time of 1:00:49. That only motivates me to try for under an hour next year...maybe! LOL! #heartofachampion

I used to weigh myself everyday but I made myself stop doing that. Your body fluctuates too much during one day let alone all week. It's too discouraging to not see the scale move...or not move enough. I only weigh once a week...the results can be more dramatic (if it's a good week). Don't get me wrong there are times when…

I admire you for continuing to do these races despite your ailments! My motivation is the more I train for the 5K the fitter I get! I can't wait to see how much I've lost by May! Thank you for the support and I wish you luck with your Triathalon!

I absolutely LOVE fish/seafood! It is my favorite type of food! I usually eat fish at least 3-4 times a week. It can get a little boring but if you venture into different types of fish it's not so bad. My favorite fish is tilapia and salmon!

You're right. I'm 5'0" and I guess our bodies can only be so curvy without looking like a Weeble! LOL!
