Anyone with 100 or more take a Spin class?

This class if I am sitting down is not a problem. However when the instructor tells me that I need to stand...my knees aren't really that keen on the idea and I end up having to sit anyways. When I do sit, I make sure I upped the intensity to make sure I am getting the maximum work out. Any ideas on how I can make this more comfortable for my knees?

    I don't take a spin class so I wouldn't know what it feels like; however, an instructor should never make you go past a point to where your body won't allow. They should continue to push you to keep moving and striving to get to that point but not at the expense of your physical well-being. Keep doing what you're doing until you feel more comfortable standing for longer intervals.
