Hi my name is Dee and it has been 3 weeks since my last drink... of soda and i feel amazing! I never thought it would make such a big difference because i was drinking it for so long. I have more energy and i just feel healthier, so worth it!
I am fairly new to this and loving it! I am sticking to the calories and exercise but the one thing i regularly go over on is protein. Is this necessarily a bad thing? I know protein is good for you but i didn't know how much is too much. Thank you! Dee
