have you noticed change within a month?
im hoping that i will see some change at the end of march. i plan on doing brazillian butt lift all march & eating healthy until then. seeing a difference will really boost my motivation!

walking dvds
have any of you tried the walking dvds? i was thinking of buying one just to walk some miles at night in my living room while my kids sleep.. i live in an upstairs apartment so i cant do a whole lot of jumping, and i know walking in place probably wont melt the pounds off but its SOMETHING..lol rachel :)
