I aim for burning at least 900 calories a day. What is your goal for calories burned in a day?
anyone that's doing/done les mills combat - do you have any tips/tricks for me?? I should be getting mine this week!!
My oldest daughter is allergic to any natural/organic/processed tomoatoes. Any one have any suggestions as she LOVES italian food.
