I'm nearing the end of week 5 of an 8 week 5k training plan. I'd previously planned on signing up for a 5k within a week or so of the finish date, but due to scheduling issues I'm now planning on running my 5k about 3 1/2 weeks after I finish the plan. Losing too much weight from a certain body part...
My butt!!! I've always had a bit of a bigger, round butt and am noticing that in the past few weeks it's starting to look kinda sad. MFP calorie goal accuracy?
I'm new to MFP and am a little puzzled by my calorie goal. I'm a 25 year old woman, 4'11", 141 lbs.
