Losing too much weight from a certain body part...

My butt!!! I've always had a bit of a bigger, round butt and am noticing that in the past few weeks it's starting to look kinda sad. I assume it has something to do with picking up running? :-/ Not sure, since I have some runner friends with great butts. How do I get a rounder butt again? Run/walk more hills or less? Squats, lunges? More burgers??? :-P I have no clue where to start.
