strength trainig to burn calories.. when does scale tip?
I gained back 2 lbs in 1 wk! Not surprised. I think two reasons: I have up my strength training and had 2 bad food days. Don't know how much muscle mass needs to be build for it to kick in???? I have lost some inches (at least that's what folks kept saying last week). So hopefully I have gained muscle :-) And more muscle…
