Running NSV
Ran for 66 mins and 5.75 miles, next target is 6 miles, then 6 miles in 60mins. Still obese at 206lbs but right now I don't care. SO VERY HAPPY AND PROUD!!!!!!!

Was up at 5:30am, ugh, went for a 75min run, which was 6.86 miles. 10k run for brekkie! You wouldn't have caught me doing that, well ever! :-)

So I went and did my Kettlebell training for 1hr 15mins, all was well, the double kettlebell lunges were not playing as usual, they are a pain to do.
