HRM Blip
So I went and did my Kettlebell training for 1hr 15mins, all was well, the double kettlebell lunges were not playing as usual, they are a pain to do.
So, after my kettlebell training I do the couch to 5k program, so I was doing Week 2 Day 2, when I checked my HRM it said avg hr of 133, but a max of 216..? I feel fine, other than a twinge in my left leg from the kettlebell lunges.
Normally that sort of heart rate is reserved for the women on here! :blushing:
Sorry, couldn't resist the terrible pun!
It was quite a surprise to see 216 as my max heart rate, on my 90mins bike rides I normally really sprint and only get a max hr of roughly 172.
Anyone else seen this sort of odd behaviour with the Techy gadgets they own?
