My caloric intake is supposed to be around 1500... on days when I run that's fine! I have no problem watching my calories on my run days, especially since I get 400 or 500 extra... its my RECOVERY days when I want to eat everything in sight and more often than not go over my calorie goal... Help.
And its crushing my self esteem! I was doing so well in college, but since I turned 21 I've gained 15 lbs. I never realized how easy it is to gain weight and how terribly difficult it is to lose it.
