Success story week-by-week
I've decided to begin my success story at my starting weight and celebrate each week! This time around I'm setting weekly mini goals. Last week was my first week on MFP and I lost 3.8 lbs! My goal for week two is 1.2 :)

Has anyone completed Whole 30 ? Just wondering if it helped change your diet and eliminate desire for junk food. Did you track on MFP during the 30 days? Do you weigh before the end? I know you aren't suppose to track or weigh yourself. Also, how much weight did you lose?

How often do you weigh ?
Just wondering how often you weigh . I'm seriously considering taking a break from the scale . When it's going down I love it but when it goes up I get upset . I was up Monday and I've felt down ever since. There's no reason for me to allow a scale to steal my happiness . I'm strongly thinking of concentrating on cleaning…

Please tell me how you pushed through weeks like this. Although I have been planning this week I haven't stuck with it 100% .i also feel discouraged because as much as I try I feel that I'll never get to my goal.

Anyone else have this problem??
I weigh daily but record my weight on Tuesday. Each week I attempt to eat normal on Tuesday but always seem to "cheat" on this day and then get back on track Wednesday. Does anyone else splurge on their weigh in day? Also, any ideas on ways to overcome this habit? Thanks in advance.
