i am doing insanity and i don't follow the nutrition guide just eat healthy and track here on MFP. Best of luck! I enjoy the dvd series...it's hard but so worth it!

I didn't weigh this morning but no doubt I gained. I can feel it. Ham and sweets for me. I had planned on splurging so now back on track!

It's hard to not snack on junk food sitting around...and it's also hard to go to the gym after working all day. But it boils down to how bad I want results. I'm the only one that can make the decisions.

i lost 50 pounds over a few yrs and gained back at least 16 last yr. lost 6.4 as of last wk but def ready to get back in my old clothes. plus i felt better about myself :)

I'm in week three of insanity and I gained the first few weeks but I could see changes in my body. Love my flat belly!

Yesterday, I wore a pair of 9/10 pants that when purchased were no where near fitting. :) Also, ran three times this week... my longest distance was 2.5 miles :)

I weigh weigh and measure.... I also budget 100 calories each day for slip ups or extras such as gum.

The key is to listen to your body...if your not hungry don't eat. You may overeat at a later meal so it will balance out through out the wk.
