So for the last 2 months i have been doing cardio for atleast 50 min a day and recently (2 weeks ago) i started running 20+ minutes a day. Some days it will be 20 some 30 and ive also ran 60, my main goal is to tone my legs and get what a lot of people call "runners legs", how long will it take for me to see results?
