I have lost 35 pounds so far. I have cut out (well 90%) fast food and pop. I havent drank alcohol all month. I still have to kick these cravings i give into (mostly on weekends). I also joined the gym (in october) but since feb 3 i have been going at least 3 times a week. i have set up mini goals that seem more in reach.…
