I have lost 35 pounds so far. I have cut out (well 90%) fast food and pop. I havent drank alcohol all month. I still have to kick these cravings i give into (mostly on weekends). I also joined the gym (in october) but since feb 3 i have been going at least 3 times a week. i have set up mini goals that seem more in reach. my first was to beat my lowest weight i was in the last 5 years which was 436 with weight watchers. i am not comfortable posting pics yet but maybe when i reach my next goal of under 400 i will.

I also struggled with craving when I first started and then I started taking a good male multivitamin and it solved a lot of my cravings for me. I'm not saying I don't still have cravings but for me it's usually a sign I am lacking some type of nutrient like salt or other minerals that typically accompany salt. If you are not on a good multivitamin give it a shot it might help.

Congrats!! You've done well so far. This journey is never easy. I keep reminding myself it is a lifestyle change nor merely a weight loss journey. We all need to keep pushing through. Looking forward to your next inspiring post.:)

Keep at it, bud. And make sure you take progress pics. Even if I have a month with little scale movement, the pics paint a different picture and give me the motivation I need to keep at it. Best of luck to you.

You're doing great so far! You are moving, and eating better, as you see that's a great start! Just make sure you do take pictures along the way. You be happy you did. Even if, you take them in private and hid them away until you're ready to show them. Good luck to you, and I can't wait to see all your sucess!
