I've completed month one before and I really want to start again. I would love a workout buddy!
I'm on my fourth week and I've seemed to have lost all of my steam. This has happened to me before but I really want to complete the whole Insanity for once. Any suggestions for finishing off these last few workouts before the recovery week?
I tried posting last night but I guess it was eaten. So what all do we want our check-ins to consist of? Progress made towards goals? Should we start by stating what our goals are and where we want to be by a set time? Let me know! Also, what day works best?
