How accurate are calorie counts on exercise machines??
Hi Just wondering how accurate calorie counters are on exercise machines? I do a hour on my exercise bike everyday and it says i burn 600 calories??? I weigh more than the average person so do i burn more or less? Cheers Dawn :)

Hi everyone So basically ive lost 100 pounds got another 70 to lose. Past 4 months i aint lost a pound but i aint gained either.
