I started this fitness pal since january and i have so far lost 10lbs it does not feel like much and i really dont feel a change in anything but i am happy i am losing weight

can anyone help me why dows my end of day report say i will put weight on when i havent eaten all my calories and also doinf regular exercise its so frustrating xxx
