can anyone help me why dows my end of day report say i will put weight on when i havent eaten all my calories and also doinf regular exercise its so frustrating xxx

  • I can not see you food journal so I can not help you there are you eating extra carbs or fat that may do it.

    You must not be eating a minimum of 1200 cals. Which is recommended to avoid your body going into starvation mode and storing fat. It doesn't matter if you exercise and your net calories are under 1200 cals but if your food calories are under 1200 cals you will get that warning.

    do you have your settings correct? You have to set your goals, lifestyle, etc in the settings area to start with. If you don't have a goal set to lose weight, then the calorie allotment from MFP is not low enough for you to lose weight.
