should i only be excercising as much as my home page is telling me to, and only burn as many calories as it states???? i had gotten down almost 4 lbs this month only to put 2 back on??? is it possible to excercise too much???

BMR PLEASE HELP!!
should this be the amount of calories I should consume per day , and should this be the number before or after my workout?? I am so confused right now, I have been working my butt off for almost 6 weeks now and the first month I lost 8lbs before joining and now no weight loss for 2 weeks!:ohwell:

frustrated
So I joined this group a week, week and a half ago, my weight loss was 8lbs, but since I have joined and started counting calories I am no longer getting results like I was . Anyone know why this is happening??? I started at 160lbs now I am at 152lbs, I am 5'2" and like I said nothing in the last week, week and a half :(

Hello everyone !! In total since I actually started my journey 6 weeks ago I have actually lost around 7inches and 8lbs. My only issue is I have a bad back, and sometimes the easiest of exercise kills me, any suggestions for me!!!
