according to what you posted your at most consuming 600 calories a day, that is not near enough, your body needs good calories just to function.

your probably not consuming enough calories, did you update your stats?

Thanks everyone, I will not give up!!! I just had a good 40 minutes on the elliptical and burned 315 calories :) and yes it could be my medication but without it i would go through menopause and i am not ready to do that :/

I drink half my body weight on oz a day, don't eat processed food, haven't had soda in months... I don't know, the last few days i stopped logging food, my husband said it's just making it harder on me

well the reason i ask is because i always burn a tonne more in calories every week, and i always go over my minutes....i will check my settings again

I pop about 1/4 of a cup in a brown paper bag, press the popcorn button or approx, 2min on high

I think i'm being pretty darn accurate on everything, i don't only check on here for how much calories i consume and burn..

In 1 week my weight went from 145 to 148, then today 147 I just don't understand what is happening?? I am also on estrace hormone therapy due to having a complete hysterectomy almost 3 years ago, so i don't know if it's a hormone thing or not.

what sort of ecercise do you ladies do??? I do walk awat the pounds 4 mile and running, sometimes the shred and elliptical, I have major back issues with degeneration already happening and i am only 35 :/

Thanks everyone for your help, I think I need to up my calories a little, I am starving all the time, and like I said I have plateaued for almost 2 weeks, so I will up my calories a little and see what happens!
