Can anyone give me some (hopefully helpful) advice on breaking the cycle of binge eating? I don’t understand why I keep doing it. I never feel good afterwards emotionally or physically.

I’ve been doing really well for like 6 weeks. I lost 15 pounds. Moderately exercised 30 minutes a day every day (gotta close those Apple Watch rings). I’ve taken the last 3 days off doing exercise because of various reasons and OMG it is so hard to start again. It shouldn’t be this hard!
