Eating 1500 calories and gaining wieght?
I am 33 and 5'8, male. I started at 150 and was eating 1200-1500 calories a day for about 2 weeks, i lost 5 pounds. I exercise 30-60 min moderate/heavy cardio 3-4 times a week and maybe some light weight lifting 2 days a week.
