Hi all, I'm on day 4 of Jillian's 30 day Shred, I've found level 1 and 3 on Youtube, so far it is fantastic! Does anyone know if level 2 is also available on Youtube, all I can find are 7 and 9 minute segments.. but no complete 27 minute version ...

donut vs biscuit
So I had a tea biscuit (raisin) at Tim's this morning... thinking this tiny little biscuit must be better for me than a donut - then I look on here and it has more calories (290!) and fat than a boston creme donut (250)- can that be accurate!?!?:noway:

white rice vs brown rice
I'm confused, I've always heard white minute rice is so evil, so bad for you... so I bought whole grain minute rice. The white rice I have is 'PC Enriched long grain rice' the brown is 'Minute rice whole grain brown rice'. But when I compare the nutritional ingredients... they are vertially identical. What am I missing…

A good nut/fruit mix?
I'd like to add a great healthy 'trail mix' to my diet, does anyone have a recommendation? I expect the best will be to make it myself but am not sure what the best ingredients should be
